In today’s fast-paced environment, it is easy to get swept along and feel overwhelmed. We are pulled in so many directions, it is common to feel paralysed by indecision and even when we do commit and make a choice, we second-guess if we are on the right path which ultimately leaves us feeling dissatisfied.
Working closely with my clients in a 1-1 coaching environment, we explore these challenges, bringing them to full awareness and start the journey towards fulfilment.

Using a blend of strategic & intuitive coaching, we will ensure you not only achieve your external goals (wealth, love, career…) we also ensure your inner self (purpose, joy, satisfaction, self-love…) is honoured too.
PRICE STRUCTURE & OPTIONS
The first step is to schedule a free call with me to discuss your coaching needs.
Do NOT pay for any coaching – from anyone – without first meeting them. Inviting someone to be a part of your journey as a coach or mentor is a personal process. Make sure that there is compatibility and empathy before engaging in a more formal agreement.
One-off session
If you are looking for a boost over a specific challenge, or to brainstorm the first steps in getting started, this is the ideal session for you.
2-hours where we focus on working through your frustration and what you need to take the first step forward.
Habit-Creating
If you regularly notice self-sabotaging thoughts or moments of doubt and overwhelm, we can create a call structure to move you from procrastination and paralysis to being in a flowing and empowered state.
Five 1-hour calls every 10-14 days, we create a structure for you to heal your past wounds while designing a brighter future.
** If you have a big heart, are working on a purpose-driven project and money isn’t flowing (yet), please get in touch with me. I offer bursaries to a small number of individuals each year so money isn’t a barrier to prevent us working together.
