The world is changing and ‘just for profit’ models are leaving many people feeling unrewarded and disillusioned. We also can no longer ignore the impact of focusing purely on financially-generating projects and companies.
Yet, living the other extreme of exclusively philanthropic is also unworkable: We do need – and deserve – a means of financial support and reward for our contribution and work.
This course sits in the intersection of both these concepts, enabling you to seek financial investment and support while also maintaining integrity towards your desired impact.
The course is a weekly live call over six weeks.

Foundational grounding: strengthen what you are building upon
- Values, mission, vision
- Who you are in the world
- The mindset of failure and curiosity
Define your North Star Metric
- “Keep your goal in stone and your journey in sand”
- Be clear in where you are heading
Choose your project & impact
- Dream big without limitations
- Commit to the vehicle (project) and destination (impact)
- Learn to adapt to what your project needs while maintaining focus
Design a roadmap for success
- Deconstruct your project to focus on what’s important now
- Remove the overwhelm and create traction in your actions
Build a suite of tools and team
- With support, start taking action towards bringing your project to life
- Have access to tools, templates and techniques proven to consistently create results
Create consistency and momentum
- Commit to ongoing action and tangible results to achieve your desired result
- Included is a 6-month membership to the Tarassaco Tribe to ensure you have regular support and accountability to maintain momentum
Any person who is desiring to create a difference, either as a hobby-project, or exploring a means to generate income and career from an idea is welcome to join.
The course is hosted weekly for six weeks for 90-mins via Zoom. The session is recorded and available to watch if you’re unable to attend (or would like a recap).
The course is limited to 6 people, ensuring you are wholly supported throughout the course.

Leading by example, she demonstrates and enables others to live a life without limits and also lead with heart, positively contributing to causes and communities we care about.
Kate is an expert in leadership, resilience, open communication, peak performance and effective impact.
She’s worked with individuals from many walks of life, facilitating legacy projects in Guatemala, Vietnam and India as well as supporting individuals, couples and companies in their journey towards attaining ‘success’ without the cost of ignoring today.
Personally, she has broken 3 world records in static cycling (one record was held by a man yet there was no female equivalent), was a World Champion triathlete (age-group), is a Reiki Master Teacher, and also earned two Master’s degrees in Engineering. She adores connecting with nature and is preparing for Climate Cycle – a 3,000 mile bike ride around Britain visiting communities and eco projects while wild camping and cycling on a bamboo bike.
