KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Society has given us an excuse to play small, where it’s acceptable to use excuses, rather than be held accountable for our dreams – KATE STRONG

REDefining what's possible

Kate Strong proves that living outside of society’s comfort zone creates inspiring and extraordinary results. One day, Kate decided to remove the glass ceiling on her potential and set out to discover what was truly possible for her life.

Kate’s story resonates with her audience because what she went through isn’t unique. Yet, how she dealt with it is; Striving to better herself without getting attached to an end result.

If we cannot change the ordinary, the extra-ordinary will stay out of our grasp

For over two decades, I tried to fit in. I put what other people expected of me ahead of what I truly wanted to do. I was not being entirely me – I was conforming and compromising.

It was only until I realised that, by hiding who I truly was, I was also unable to fully be present, to enjoy and to be present for others. Being me is the best gift for myself and for others.

The path of re-discovering myself took me across oceans, up mountains, through caves and over glaciers.

Extra-ordinary Experiences

I wasn’t born with any special gifts or opportunities.

What I do have is the desire to find the extra- in the normal and ordinary situations every day.

It is my duty to live my life as authentic and as fully as possible: It’s the only one I remember having!!
