what is the north coast 500?
The North Coast 500 is a scenic driving route that spans approximately 500 miles (805 kilometers) along the northern coast of Scotland. It is often referred to as NC500 for short.
This route has gained iconic status due to its breathtaking landscapes, rugged coastline, and rich cultural heritage. It takes travelers on a journey through some of the most stunning and remote areas of the Scottish Highlands.

why am I cycling the NC500?
