E64 Olympic mindset, balance and releasing our past emotions with Reina-Flor Okori

Reina-Flor Okori gets the meaning of life. Having competed in 4 Olympics for France and Equatorial Guinea, she has experienced the extreme highs from elite sport, as well as the immense frustration of when things don’t go to plan.

Yet, when does sport – and life – ever go to plan?

Reina-Flor opens up the story behind her journey and what her 20 years of experience on the track taught her. It’s not always as clear as turning up every day, we also need to match our physical training with deep spiritual work too. We carry our past and our family’s past with us and are destined to repeat these lessons until we transcend the experience and let go of what we are holding on to.

Today, Reina-Flor is using her sports legacy and African soul blueprint to inspire and coach international businesses, executives, and athletes to redefine the new psychology of winning and leading.
