E69: Turning away from being a professional ballerina and discovering her true identity with Jemima Cooper

Jemima Cooper is a go-getter. Her childhood dream was to become a professional ballerina and even when faced with a near-death experience, she still went on to dance professionally.

Yet, at the tender age of 18, with a whole life of ballet ahead of her, she started to question if this is what she truly wanted. It wasn’t.

Jemima shares how she let go of her attachment to the identity of ‘ballerina’, graduated with a psychology degree and is currently training to become an Ironman triathlete.
