E68: Busting running myths and avoiding injury with Brodie Sharpe

I caught up with Australia-based physiotherapist, Brodie Sharpe. He’s the founder & owner of an online running clinic and the host of the Run Smarter Podcast

He’s on a mission to bring clarity and control to every runner by busting common running myths and delivering high quality evidence-based running information.

It’s refreshing to hear the support he offers is based on the individual’s running style. I’m a heel-strike runner and I recall a coach continually asking me to run more on my toes, even though it was distressing me and slowing my running down. Brodie bust the myth that we all need to be toe-strikers and that it’s faster – what a relief!
