Over three months, I cycled across Britain to connect with grassroots projects, regenerative initiatives, and community-led solutions already creating change.
The aim was simple: move beyond extreme narratives and uncover what is already working — and how we can scale it.

Designed & led a 1,500-person clean-up of the River Taff, bringing together community, volunteers, and organisations to restore a vital natural space. The initiative set a world record and demonstrated the power of collective local action.
