Impact Projects

Where performance meets purpose

Designing and delivering ambitious challenges that push human limits while driving real-world impact.

Using adventure as a vehicle for change

From world records to large-scale environmental initiatives, each project is designed to challenge what we believe is possible, both individually and collectively.

These aren’t just personal challenges. They’re platforms for awareness, behaviour change, and impact.

CLIMATE CYCLE

A 3,000-mile journey around Britain to explore what real climate solutions look like

Over three months, I cycled across Britain to connect with grassroots projects, regenerative initiatives, and community-led solutions already creating change.

The aim was simple: move beyond extreme narratives and uncover what is already working — and how we can scale it.

Impact:

  • 3 months on the road
  • 3,000 miles cycled
  • 30 projects & initiatives visited
  • 3,000 trees planted

This project became a living map of practical, local solutions demonstrating that the future is already being built.

TAFF TIDY

A 3,000-mile journey around Britain to explore what real climate solutions look like

Designed & led a 1,500-person clean-up of the River Taff, bringing together community, volunteers, and organisations to restore a vital natural space. The initiative set a world record and demonstrated the power of collective local action.

Philosophy

We are at a critical point for our health, our communities, and the planet.

The challenges we face require more than awareness. They require action, leadership, and a willingness to rethink how we live and operate.

This work exists to close that gap – using challenge, endurance, and collaboration as tools to create meaningful change.
